Brizzle Road Trip

Well the infamous Gavin Strange has now left hickityville and headed back south to Bristol, buhbye. Although he is back next w/e, yay, so all is not lost! So anyway my dear brother offered him a ride, I then suggested a road trip! So it all started there...... Oh what fun! We started the day with a delicious (hmmm) meal at the bell Fountain in Wiggy, just me, Gaz and Con. Then we went to Boon's house (Ryan's bro) to collect a big bad ass astra estate in order to accomodate all of Gavin's bags. Then we hit the road. Our first stop Leicester Rd Fleckney to get the Travstar, then we headed to the city and Blackbird Rd to collect Gav and Sarah. Coalville was the next stop to get the lovely Mr Clooney and Brett (WWE). Brett changed his mind last minute cause he had to get to work early in the morning, bummer, and we were really late!!! So we were now a car down. So Trav got in the front with his long legs, and the remaining 4 crammed into the back! Poor Sarah then couldn't come so we took her home. Bristol here we come!! Uneventfull journey, cars, motorways, the odd tree dotted here and there! Although we did have a little chef, still as bad as it has always been, and I refused to tip, overpriced plastic GM shit, and bad service. So I kept all the change haha! We got to Bristol late - of course - dropped off the bags had a cuppa then hit the streets............

I have a new camera the first in ears and ears so got snap happy!! Hooray!

And Gav has electrical equipment named after me....How cool?!

So we headed into Clifton, too late for pizza express, gutted!! So we all went to the local chippy, class, and had a spit roast? Ay?!

Then being the hooligans we are, sat on a bench and ate our chips, east side!

Played with ma new camera..... Im in love with it! Got some awesome light trails! Not bad for a first go, huh?

So after being awake till stoopid o clock, Sunday came, we dined @ Cerise for brekkie then hit the streets once more. The coolest Banksy piece donned a wall in city centre, it was sooooooo good!!

Just showing off with my 8.3 million pixels, again not bad for a first effort?!

Lloyds..... THE place to skate, in the whole of the UK, my tour guide informed me.

It was hot, and we were thirsty... So off to the pub, we're hardcore so soft drinks all round!!

Then after we had finished our cokes and lemonades, we headed into the bar and the gallery that it housed. Inside contained the most random, stupid display of shall we say 'art' that I have ever seen!! There was people sitting and/or standing outside of each gallery, thought it was a little strange they looked odd just being there! We were all clearly saying (rather loudly) how shit the work was, then Jonny told us that they were the exhibitors!! Oooops! Hey its constructive criticism. One gallery had pictures which were created with pieces of ripped paper and fabric, very pre-school, and unnecessary! But never the less, the best gallery of a very bad bunch. The others were showing films, again unnecessary, they had no meaning nor story line and were totally random, I didn't get it!? But the gallery had the coolest stairs..........

Leaving the gallery a little discruntled, we went walking again.......... Saw the coolest thing I think I ever did see! Its a pole, and you type in wherever you want to go, but, it has to be in space, then it spins round points to it, and tells you which direction and how far!! AWESOME!

Took a couple more snaps of the gigantuious mirror ball behind the pole that was pretty wicked too, simple things - simple minds, hey!! Then my battery died, damn! With the lens still out damn damn! We did some more walking oooow!!! Checked some shops then went back to Gavs unloaded, then got pizza! I had forgot how goooood pizza express is! Yumyum!

Then with a tear in our eye, we departed company from Mr Strange, jumped in the big bad ass astra and headed home..... Again uneventful, I fell asleep, woke up, no writing on my face, and eyebrows still in tact, pheuw! Went to the petrol station got some coke (a cola) and Jonny bought me some haribo's - sweeeet! Long story.... Much appreciated!

Had the best w/e ever! Thanks guys, love you all x
